This was especially important to me as I am an OCD sufferer, and did not want to visit the dealership until a deal was agreed upon. And in this age of COVID, I was able to do virtually everything via e-mail and phone. The process was very clean, painless, and low-pressure. However, his word was true after negotiating with other dealers in Northeast Illinois, none were willing to come closer than $700 to his initial offer. If there was any downside, it was that he wouldn’t come down from that “rock-bottom” quote. When I inquired further, he was able to quote me a great price before acquiring that vehicle. He also made it clear upfront that although they did not have the particular model that I was looking for in stock, it would likely not be a problem to trade for it with another Dealer. James Keefe came through for me, BIG TIME! He rapidly responded to my initial e-mail inquiry with quotes on what they had in inventory.
